你问我“why am I here” 啊?

。。Somewhere In Time。。。

Teow Chew Meng

    20 hours in Penang

    my cheese cake

    PASTA

有HERMES,TIFFANY & CO。

    **Gelato, in Italian, means “frozen pleasure.”

    **This popular Italian dessert combines fresh milk, sugar and natural flavorings, similar to Ice cream. Gelato however is softer in texture as the ice cream is less frozen. This frozen dessert also contains less cream and less fat, resulting in a richer texture and more intense flavors.

    ~~~地~震~~~
    ~昨晚看CNN知道印尼又再次发生8。4级严重地震,这次是发生在苏门答腊西部海岸BENGKULU,之后还发布了海啸警报,我现在虽然身在吉隆坡,可是第一时间想到槟城岛的家人,马上通知他们别去沿海一带,你们可能认为我己人忧天,想太多了,才不是呢!
    告诉你们,我一听到海啸就怕怕,记得2004年南亚大海啸吗?那次海啸发生的前一天,刚好我们在海边拍婚纱照,还玩海水玩到不亦乐乎呢!隔天那个沙滩已经是乱七八糟,不堪回首了,想起都心有余悸!
    南亚大海啸发生当天,我也刚好逃过了。当天早上印尼的地震,槟城受到的地震余波非常强烈,我妈当时还CALL我叫我逃命,可是当时我在攀爬升旗山,一点感觉都没有,所以还是继续向上爬。从山上下来后,还去GURNEY TOWER面海的COFFEE BEAN吃早餐,刚吃完,我们的车一开走,GURNEY DRIVE已经被海水淹成一条河流,我当然还不知情咯!之后还叫我老公去BATU FERRINGHI海边晒太阳,因为已有一段时间没去那儿了,突然他建议我们不如去观音庙拜拜,下次才去海边,真的是他救了我一条老命,不然我们到达海边的时间就刚好是海啸再次来临槟岛的时间了。
    提起地震、海啸,住沿海一带的人都怕怕,槟城人更是思空见惯,上班半途要逃命,睡到半夜也要逃命,记得有一次,刚好我独自在家,地震把我从床上摇醒,慌乱中起床还以为有鬼,又找不着门锁,算了,只好呆坐客厅等余波震完。我的朋友更无聊,之后CALL我问我有逃命吗?要记得画了眉毛才逃下楼,不然会吓到别人,气炸!
    你有知己吗?
    知己?讲老实那句,我是没有咯!近几年来,更加觉得没必要有。
    女人都喜欢跟身边的所谓好友倾诉心事,而忘了倾诉的对象是否恰当,讲了老半天对方给你一个很无理头的回答,很无奈吧!一些更糟的案例就是,对方听了你的心事,日后竟拿来当把柄嘲弄你,唉。。怨就怨自己当初有眼无珠咯!
    我身边就一箩筐喜欢对我冷嘲热讽的“朋友”,以前喜欢多多朋友聚在一起的感觉,现在觉得真的是见少一个我会活得快乐些。
    你读了本文是否觉得我很串?哈。。。
    善忘?仰或是选择性失忆?
    乐观的人,每当朋友们谈起他的伤心事时,他会作出短暂性失忆带过某件不快事,以免让自己再次不开心。
    唉呀。。反正开心不开心也要活下去,不如开心过每一天才实际啊!开心让人看起来年轻,整天不开心很快老的,涂多少SKINCARE也于事无补嘛!
    而我就是那个喜欢作出选择性失忆的人,我真怀疑我的脑袋越来越像电脑的MEMORY储存库,可以选择性删除某段不快事,也可以BACKUP很多开心的事,为什么要BACKUP?因为HARDISK坏了就惨了。
    女人何苦为难女人
    最近我常觉得我本人有那种阿牛出城的感觉,住了城市整一年多还是适应不来这里的一些人、事。。总认为部份城市人的所做所为是我能力范围内所不能接受跟理解的,而一些更是我跟本就不想去接受的,是我适应能力差?仰或是我笨?
    为什么我今天聊了那么多,还没进入主题呢?其实我今天的主题就是关于一段跟以上言论有关的内容。
    昨晚,朋友跟我倾诉有关被男友背叛了六年的事,她说这会是最后一次了,因为一次又一次原谅对方,可是却是永无止境的重复着。。背叛。。原谅,我听了也心酸,这已经不是第一次了,而这次较为严重,由于她刚动了大手术,还没康复,男友就赶她出家门,正当她住院期间,那男的还带别的女人回家过夜,男的之后解释成“只是一夜情啦!”,就轻轻带过。。。女人又有几个六年给男人浪费呢?而外面那个又是什么心理来伤害人家女友?
    到底这是什么类型的男欢女爱?今年之内已经听了无数次类似的事发生在周遭,是我老了,所以接受不了这种事?
    -拜-拜-
    昨晚凌晨写了之前那篇BLOG后,觉得自己太不像个佛教徒了,所以今天一早拉我老公去叹早茶后就跑去天后宫拜拜。今天有好多和尚在天后宫念“地藏王经”,可能明天是农历七月的原故吧!拿香拜拜后,坐在外头听佛经,感到整个人都放松了不少,仿佛放下了不少心头大石,之后拿了一些跟佛有关的书回家看,走出天后宫我整个人开朗了!
    我要快乐!!!
    我是个不怎么虔诚的佛教徒,可是还是有每天上香的习惯,每次我都会祈求上天保佑我永远都快快乐乐。我觉得我的年龄慢慢增长,心态也变得怪怪的,以前总是希望上天让我有朝一日发大财、中马票,哈哈哈。。。可是人长大了,经历太多,也变得不再有所求,只希望“永远快乐”,在此点一首张惠妹的歌给我自己<<我要快乐>>。
    又被爱伤了一遍
    无所谓 当作成长
    刚刚走开的人
    烟还点着 味道却淡了
    我并不是天生爱寂寞
    却比任何人都多
    就算把世界给我
    我还是一无所有
    我要快乐我要能睡的安稳
    有些人不抱了才温暖
    离开了才不恨 我早应该割舍
    我要快乐 哪怕笑的再大声
    心不是热的 全都是假的
    只有眼泪是真的
    把从前想了一遍
    谢谢了 伤我的人
    想做乐观的人
    每种雨声 听了都不冷
    我并不是天生爱寂寞
    却比任何人都多
    就算把世界给我
    我还是一无所有
    我要快乐我要能睡的安稳
    有些人不抱了才温暖
    离开了才不恨 我早应该割舍
    我要快乐 哪怕笑的再大声
    心不是热的 全都是假的
    我的决定是对的
    你们有没有真正去思考过Friendster的Status选择蛮少的,It’s complicated的意思是什么呢?我到今天都不明白,我觉得Friendster Status应该多给一些选择,比如:-
    Single but complicated(这些人单身可是也不想有固定伴侣), Married but complicated(这些人结了婚可是都还不定性),Divorcee(离了婚的人),Single but not available(这些人可能是和尚或者尼姑), Married but available(这些人结了婚可是在另一半同意下还可以再出去偷腥)。
    你们还有没有更好的提议?等我搜集了足够的资料后,就会给Friendster写一封建议书。
    我都是在讲真话啊!!!
    我发觉我周遭的人绝大部份都不喜欢我讲真话,所以我得罪的人还蛮不少的,或许我应该像慧敏讲的,是时候做一个假面人了,NATALIE讲的也没错“做好没人赞,做坏就传千里”。
    唉。。。有时认为做人难,做好人更难,其实做坏人不是更加难上加难吗?我该怎么做好呢?
    人非圣贤,所以我不认为我所讲的一切100%有道理,可是至少我所讲的,都是事实,而且都不见得有很大杀伤力吧!可是总给人认为我一针见血,怪我自己嘴多咯!每次都不喜欢拐弯抹角,直接切入主题,当事者如果清白的都不把我的话当一回事,可是,如果当事者真的被我讲中,后果就不堪设想,我就会被对方列入黑名单咯!
    …..Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker…..
    如果你听过Moon River这首歌,应该对这段…..Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker…..还蛮熟悉的吧!不知大家对这一段有何看法呢?
    我就认为,如果你从爱情的角度去看,这句话是充满了浪漫、凄美,好一段可歌可泣的情节;
    如果你去问一个赌徒,他会把这段解释成“投注之前你是给了我无限梦想,过了开彩日而又没中奖,我心碎了。。”;
    哈。。哈。。你们是否认为我很无聊?也不是啦!人生嘛!有梦想才有希望啊!心碎了。。就再来过咯!开心、不开心也是一天天的过,何不写些东西来娱乐一下大家呢。。。
    好吧!如果谁给我这个Blog写Comments的话,就送你们一首Moon River的歌。
    –假–面–人–
    你们身边有没有出现过我所谓的假面人?我的生活圈子里还蛮多这类人物的,他们每天顶着假面具过日子,不知这些假面人累不累的!开口闭口讲假话,每次出现都来一个招牌假笑,我最顶不顺的还是这些假面人的虚情假意、虚假的虚寒问暖,到底他们在演给谁看?这样做很开心吗?有时见到他们这样,我还蛮想吐的!告诉你们这些假面人,我是不吃这一套的,别再跟我献殷勤了。
    你今天快乐吗?
    快乐到底可不可以测量?我今天吃完一整排我爱吃的CHOCOLATE所以今天我90%满足快乐,哈哈哈。。。
    那么昨天呢?逛了我喜欢去的商场,心情还OK啦。。。所以还蛮快乐的。
    那么前天?大前天呢?嘻嘻。。。不跟你们讲!!
    其实每个人心目中都有一把尺,快乐与否就视乎你们心目中的那把尺数目字是否多到永远都测量不到快乐那一边,怎么看待人生观,何必永远无事就往牛角尖钻呢?仅量想办法让自己活得快乐些吧!
    男人,你的名字是什么?
    我只听过女强人,而没听过“男强人”,不过,我有一个做女医生的朋友曾经跟我提过“女强人,男弱者,女人治国的时代就快来临了”,什么三从四德?荒唐!现在的社会都不会排坼女主外,男主内的定论了。
    ***恐怕我这篇BLOG一登出来,不知有几多男人恨死我,哈。。。
    花名
    我总爱给别人取花名,认识我比较久的朋友就知道啦!从中学开始我就不断帮同学取奇怪的花名,可是还好啦!我都没被她们打,可能念的是女校,大家都比较斯文吧!也没什么不对的嘛!帮你取花名表示你才是我的朋友啊!中学的毕业刊我就帮我们班写文章,每个人的花名都出现在上面,结果因为内容太过无理头,文章最后竟然被删改了50%,气炸!
    讨厌
    你有没有试过很讨厌某人?我讲的是“讨厌”,不是怨、不是恨哦!纯碎是讨厌!
    我就有啦!巴不得这个人永远消失在我的生活圈子,可是他却无所不在,实在讨厌到了极点!碍于社交礼仪,明明就讨厌对方,见面时还是被逼寒喧几句、打招呼。
    讨厌死了!
    The Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, Georgetown. - 张弼士故居
    Legendary in the annals of the history of Penang is the awe-inspiring Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, Leith Street. Dubbed "La Maison Blue", this flamboyant masterpiece of 38 rooms, 5 courtyards, 7 staircases and 220 windows took a very special man to create. Arriving penniless from Guangdong province, China, to this part of the world at the age of 16, Cheong Fatt Tze grew to become one of the most historic and colourful personalities of the era, "One of China’s last Mandarins and 1st Capitalists", such was his aura and fame that Dutch & British authorities ordered that flags be flown at half mast throughout their colonies when he passed away in 1916.
    张弼士是19世纪末华人发财致富,亦官亦商,权力与财富相结合的一个典型。张弼士才16 岁,便只身从中国来到南洋, 开创他的大业。曾被中国清政府任命为驻槟城首任领事、新加坡总领事、侍郎(相当于副部长)、任命他为考察外埠商务大臣,兼槟城管学大臣等职,被当地誉为清朝最后的官员。他于1916 年过世时, 显赫一时, 英国政府亦为他下半旗致哀。
    1886年,张弼士在槟城创办万裕兴轮船公司;1912年,他在槟城开办了万裕兴垦殖公司,并且设万裕兴总公司,以应接各埠支店汇兑财货,此外,他还经营药材业,在新加坡、雅加达、香港和广州等地开设药行,组成了庞大的药材集团。后来在槟城筹设了中华总商会,并往马来西亚各地劝导华人设商会与办学。
    张弼士足遍东南亚与中国大江南北,住过的豪宅难计其数,但经过百年的风风雨雨与战火洗礼,完整保留下来的屈指可数。在东南亚,唯一保留得最完整的张弼士故居,是槟城的坐落在莲花河街(Leith Street)‘蓝屋’张弼士府第, 确是一建筑奇葩, 府第占地5万2千平方英尺,建筑面积3万4千平方英尺,内有38 间房、5 个庭院、 7 道楼梯、220扇窗。府第是按传统的中国式建筑布局, 结合五行风水的设计.又采用巧妙设计的木制百页窗。
    防空洞???
    家是我的防空洞,不管在外边受了什么委屈,我就快快跑回家躲起来,外面的世界实在有太多太多险恶的敌人了,哈。。哈。。。我把那些害我的小人、言语间时常对我冷嘲热讽的人当成敌人应该没问题吧!这些坏东西通常都会把我打到体无完肤,我穿戴几件战袍,带几坚固的盾牌去面对他们都没用,他们还是有办法把我打退,好讨厌!打死坏人!打死坏人!
    P/S:我的“防空洞”其实是虚幻的,不存在的,它永远只有在我的心里面。那你呢?
    ~~你认识一个叫LILY的台湾女孩吗?~~
    自从换了新手机号码之后,不时会接到一个陌生人的来电,可是我都不接,对方是个男人,你一定会问我,我都没接电话又怎么知道对方是个男的,对吗?事实在于该男子每次打来没人接之后都会留言,他是讲英语的,马来口音,他都会说“LILY, PLS CALL ME BACK, I MISS YOU”,我当然不回电啦!开始时觉得是打错电话,不去管他,慢慢觉得不大对劲了,因为已超过十次,最后我接了那个来电,我跟对方表明我不是LILY,他还问我是LILY的朋友或者亲戚吗?我都一一否认,他唯有跟我讲对不起,他说这个号码以前是他的朋友LILY所拥有,最后他说算了吧!那个台湾女孩应该是回台湾去了,之后他真的不再打来了。
    ~can you tell me what is HAPPINESS???~
    快乐愉快幸福高兴开心的定义是什么?你能明确的告诉我吗?
    我应该算是一个很容易满足的人,消磨一个早上独自一个人坐在STARBUCKS喝一杯我的最爱FRAPPUCINO GREEN TEA,我就会感到很快乐。在BORDERS书店看上四、五个小时的书,我也会感到很愉快。吃完一整个TOBLERONE WHITE CHOCOLATE,我就会感到非常十分之幸福。每当我有伤心事,我就跑去DOME叫BROWNIES WITH ICE CREAM,那一整天我就会很高兴了。要让我开心?带我去AMCORP MALL WEEKEND ANTIQUE FLEA MARKET走一趟就行,见到那些古物,就会很开心,有时还会跟那边摆挡的UNCLE AUNTY谈天,卖黑胶唱片的印度老板最友善、有个从槟城来的古董摊老板还讲我漂亮,让我开心个半死,不过我没帮他买过东西,真是越讲越开心呢!哈哈。。。
    你呢?
    ~~做~你~的~男~人~~
    我好喜欢这首歌的旋律,还有那可爱的歌词,我是什么时候认识这首歌的呢?就是在五月十二号那天傍晚在淡水老街开始爱上它的,有一位街头艺人在众人面前对着麦克风问我们欣赏了他的歌那么久,要点唱什么歌吗?我们一下子受众人注目,都不好意思开口,他就马上打圆场说到“好吧!我就为这两位带来这首<<做你的男人>>”,我听了好感动,这位仁兄的歌喉很有磁性,比原唱者张信哲来得生动,我这么讲不知是否开罪了阿哲的歌迷!
    全天下的男人,为你们所爱的女人唱这首歌吧!她一定爱死你的!
    ***我上网找到这位仁兄的资料,他竟然是淡江大学赫赫有名的学生歌手-徐志杰,难怪唱功一流!他还有部落格,你们上去看看就知道他多有名气了
    http://www.wretch.cc/blog/SingForFree
    歌词:
    东京纽约每个地点
    带你去坐幸福的地下铁
    散步逛街找电影院
    累了我就帮你提高跟鞋
    塞车停电哪怕下雪
    每天都要和你过情人节
    星光音乐一杯热咖啡
    只想给你所有浪漫情节
    让我做你的男人
    24个小时不睡觉
    小心翼翼的保持
    这种热情不退烧
    不管世界多纷挠
    我们俩紧紧的拥抱
    隐隐约约我感觉有微笑
    藏在你嘴角
    让胆小的你在黑夜中
    也会有个依靠
    就算有一天爱会变少
    人会变老
    就算没告诉过你也知道
    下辈子还要和你遇到
    小巷口那盏多么不起眼的老街灯,它历经了多少风霜,多少个秋天,没人去考究,经过这条街的人行行色色,每天不计其数,又有多少人会刻意抬起头望一望那几近凋零的街灯?曾几何时,一对年轻恋人在街灯下海誓山盟,两人爱得难分难舍,而数年后,两人再次相约街灯前,女的梨花带泪哭得唏哩哗啦,两人终就分了手。
    每时每刻都有好多好多的芝麻小事发生在街灯下,它不但帮了夜行人照亮去路,也照亮了每颗需要温暖的心,人来人往,离离合合,对街灯来讲已经是司空见惯。
    我们就象街灯,何必为了我们生命中某个过客带来的小小伤害而耿耿于怀一辈子呢?生活还是要继续,就象街灯般屹立不倒。
    能夠被一個人這樣深深的愛著,是幸福的~^^
    能夠被一個人這樣深深的愛著,是幸福的。
    相愛的男女朋友,對方的一舉一動,總是會胡思亂想的,很正常;
    所以,有了男女朋友後,請不要再對異性太好,
    真的,尤其是前男(女)朋友;
    1.情人眼裡是容不下任何的小沙子的;
    真正愛你的另一伴,是無法在你和其他異性聊天,
    單獨出去時,沒有任何的感覺的;
    若你的另一伴不會吃醋,不要高興,
    因為他/她可能不是真的愛你,不是很在意你;
    亦或是你們二人的感情已經成為一種習慣,對方沒有您好像不行,
    但有您卻也沒什麼感覺了;
    這時,真的還是愛情嗎?當
    然也真的會有那種人,那真的要恭喜您!
    2.您為什麼要有紅粉知己?
    真的只是單純的好朋友嗎??
    別欺騙自己了。那麼多異性,為何您就只找他/她?
    因為,你們一定是彼此喜歡,就算沒有,
    也有一點點喜歡,或是一點點點點…對吧!
    那更何況是您之前的男女朋友呢?你們曾經相愛過耶!!
    或許,您對紅粉知己真的沒有愛情,
    但,您站在您的另一伴去想,
    怎麼可以容許您和您有一點點喜歡的人出去呢?
    畢竟,您會和您現在的男女朋友在一起,
    當初,也是從聊的來的朋友當起的吧!
    3.為什麼要有男女朋友?
    因為對方會為您做很多事情,
    很多很多朋友不會幫的事,您的男女朋友都會幫您;
    既然如此,您怎麼忍心再去有紅粉知己呢?
    甚至告訴大家,我和我的紅粉知己有多契合!
    廢話,每天在您身旁的人是誰?
    是您的男女朋友;
    在一起的時間久了,當然,衝突也就愈多;
    拿一位偶爾見面的人和一位每天在身旁的人比較,
    多麼不公平呀!
    人,對於在自己身旁的人都不知道珍惜?
    卻只喜歡那個沒有結果的人。
    真的,好好的去珍惜現在您身邊那位會管您,會吃您醋的人吧!
    不要覺的他/她不講道理;
    因為如果要講理,那就做普通朋友就好了,
    普通朋友就不會管您,
    而且,還會永遠說您好話;
    相愛的情人,任何的吵鬧,嫉妒,猜忌,孩子氣等行為,都是合理正常的。
    如果現在的您
    正在因為您的男女朋友無理取鬧而生氣,
    拿起電話打給他/她吧!!
    換個角度想想,您是幸福的。
    自由的定义是什么呢?
    孩提时期的你,可曾幻想过快点长大?长大后可以快点离开家里,到外面独自生活,这就是小时候脑海中无时无刻都浮现的“自由” 了!
    就读中学的你可能会因为家庭管教甚严,而不被允许在求学时期谈恋爱,看见隔壁班的小明已经跟青梅竹马的阿花拉手仔了,心里面痒痒地,这时候的你是多么渴望快点结束学业,那时候就可以“自由” 谈恋爱!
    好啦!终于等到中学毕业了,踏入社会的你,有了个固定女友和一份朝九晚五的工作,这时候的你应该算安定啦!才不呢。。。你满脑子想的是一些有的没的生意经,希望有朝一日脱离现在的工作岗位出去创一番事业,那个时候做什么都不需经过上司点头才批,因为那时候自己就是老板啊!这才算“自由” 吧!
    你结婚了!而且是在半推半就的情况下娶老婆的,怎么讲半推半就呢?因为你已经年过三十,论及婚嫁啦!双方家长的怂容下,你们踏上了红地毯,婚后的你不单止不好好珍惜眼前的另一半,反而不时抱怨她的不是,她的不体谅,你总认为她为你所做的一切还不是在慢性控制你、绑着你,这时的你恨不得逃出去呐喊“我要自由”
    孩子三五成群时,你会埋怨“要跟老婆两人世界都不行,要去旅行也放心不下这班孩子” ,此时的你只能在心里纳闷“我要自由啊。。。”
    这时你已经几近花甲之年,白发昌昌,孩子都到国外深造、定居,这时的你总算自由了吧?可是不然,你因长年累月操劳过度而集多病于一身,更需长期卧床吊点滴,这时的你无助地在心里想着“我还有得到自由的机会吗”
    唉。。。人生苦短,何必事事都怨天忧人呢?好好享受每一个阶段,不管是喜还是忧,别急于说放弃,或者草草了事,那可能只是我们人生旅途中的一个考验,好好珍惜你的每一份每一秒吧!
    ***请大家多多指教,还有,改正我的文法,太久没写华文了***
    ~ Wounded Soul ~
    ~ Wounded Soul ~
    I fell to the ground
    In a bout of sorrow.
    With wounded soul,
    I cursed the marrow.
    I abandoned my cause
    With eyes down cast.
    As a knife in my heart,
    I felt the past.
    I flooded my eyes
    With a fiery tears,
    Drowning my hopes,
    Feeding my fears.
    Amidst the shadows,
    There came a light,
    Giving me dreams,
    Making me fight.
    You soothed my fears,
    And took my hand.
    You eased the past
    And helped me stand.
    You filled the gaps.
    You made me whole.
    With angel touch,
    You healed my soul.
    Lemon
    200702061168 We all know that drinking plenty of water is healthy but, by itself, can get a little boring. Here are some quick tips to add some zest to your water quest:
    - Slice up a lemon and drop a slice or two into your glass of water or, for a crowd, use six or seven slices in a pitcher.
    - A glass of warm water, to which the juice of 1 lemon, and a tsp. of honey has been added, help in weight loss if taken first thing in the morning, regularly.
    The lemon is rich in alkaline elements. Fresh lemon juice is an outstanding source of vitamin C. However, much of this valuable vitamin is lost if the juice is left exposed to the air too long. Lemons are high in potassium, and rich in vitamin B1. Both lemons and limes contain 5 to 6 percent citric acid as compared with oranges, which contain only 1 to 1.5 percent, or grapefruit, which contain 1 to 2 percent. The lemon is classified as an acid fruit, along with other citrus fruits, cranberries, loganberries, loquats, pineapples, pomegranates, strawberries, and tamarinds.
    Lemons are wonderful for fevers, because a feverish body responds to citric acid fruits better than any other food.
    Juice - Lemon juice is good for colds, flu, scarlet fever, and chest infections. It also acts as a tonic for the liver and pancreas, improves the appetite and helps to ease stomach acidity, ulcers, arthritis, gout, and rheumatism. As a gargle, lemon juice relieves sore throats, gingivitis, and canker sores.
    salmon + celery + tomato = ???
    I take this as lunch atleast 3 times a week, good for health & diet,
    -Salmon is an excellent source of high quality protein, containing all essential amino acids. It is rich in minerals and contains vitamins A, D, B6 and B12. Salmon is a good source of Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, which lowers the risk of heart disease. Salmon is easy to digest and is an excellent food for everyone, both young and old. Perhaps, most important, Salmon contains Omega-3 oil, which decreases the risk of coronary heart disease and certain cancers. Heart Safe: Salmon reduces your risk of cardiac arrest.
    - Celery is a good source of vitamin A derived from carotenes, whose yellow is masked by the green chlorophyll pigments. The darker the green, the more vitamin A it contains. Celery also contains vitamins C, B1, and B2; calcium; iron; magnesium; phosphorus; silicon; potassium; and sodium; making it a good electrolyte replacer, if used raw in drinks. However, it is the leaves that contain most of the nutrients. In cooking, fresh celery leaves can be used in place of parsley in an emergency.
    - Eating tomatoes, ketchup, tomato sauce and tomato paste-topped pizza more than two times a week can reduce the risk of prostate cancer by 21 to 43 percent. Tomato is a good source of potassium, B- carotene (vitamin A) and vitamin C. tomato contains a component P3, which by preventing platelet clots helps to cut down deaths from heart diseases and strokes. This element is also found in strawberries and grapefruit and melon but is most effective in tomatoes.
    Ingredients :- 1 slice salmon fish, 4 celery cut in cubes, 3-5 tomatos cut in cubes, half cup water, salt to taste
    Method :- put everything in the bowl and steam for 20 min.
    每每在报章杂志上看见有情人分手,另一方无法接受这样的事实,于是就选择用自杀的方式,企图挽回对方。
    通常采取自杀的行为有两个原因。
    (一)想要让对方回心转意。藉由这方式,告诉对方我真的很爱你,我可以因为爱你,连生命都不要。想让对方因此而感动,但是这样的方法却往往是吓走对方的第一步。
    (二)是因为他真的伤心难过到无法生存下去。这样的人真的值得同情与怜惜,因为他真的把这段感情看得很重,不过虽是这样的重情重义,选择自杀的方式却仍然无法挽回感情,失去了生命之后,只会更容易被对方忘记。
    爱情即然难以挽回,何不让自己也自由了呢?懂得放手,也是放了自己。放下,你拥有的自己是真实存在且快乐的。
    千万记住,别人可以不爱你,你却一定要爱你自己。
    两性相处时,我们往往期望别人照着我们的脉络生存,也希望别人可以接受我们的安排,而且还要告诉对方,这样做都是为了他好。
    可是,我们却忘了,别人也是单独的个体,为什么要听我们的话,接受我们的安排?他也是有想法与自主权的。
    My husband’s breakfast (want to have recipe? sent message to me, and i’ll tell u)
    Comments (2) »
    My daily breakfast
    a) 4tbsp muesli + 1tbsp barley flakes + 1tbsp oat bran + 1tbsp wheat bran + 5tbsp oats + 1tbsp brown rice cereal + low fat yogurt + 2 red apples (cubes) + 1 green apple (cubes) = all mix together n eat la…..
    * taste not bad leh (for me lar), you should try out this, good for health, stay younger if take daily.
    b) 2tbsp apple cider + 1tbsp honey + one cup cold water = just drink…..
    * Try taking two or three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in warm water first thing in the morning. Apple cider vinegar is pH neutral and it may help neutralise excess stomach acid. Apple Cider Vinegar can stop most allergies like pollen, dander, dust, animals food, etc.
    * Honey applied to ulcers has an almost miraculous effect.Research shows that bee honey can be used to treat diseases such as abdominal and dermatitis disorders, immuno-deficiency and cancer.
    c) chinese tea (phu er), drink atleast 7-8 teapot daily
    * reduces the levels of LDL (low density lipoprotein) or ‘bad’ blood cholesterol, thereby reducing the risk of coronary heart disease. Antioxidants in tea also have been shown to protect LDL cholesterol from oxidation. Oxidation of LDL plays crucial roles in atherogenesis or the formation of atheroma which is commonly known as lipid deposits, which are associated with heart disease.
    “Because Of Your” by Kelly Clarkson
    "Because Of You"
    I will not make the same mistakes that you did
    I will not let myself
    Cause my heart so much misery
    I will not break the way you did,
    You fell so hard
    I’ve learned the hard way
    To never let it get that far
    Because of you
    I never stray too far from the sidewalk
    Because of you
    I learned to play on the safe side so I don’t get hurt
    Because of you
    I find it hard to trust not only me, but everyone around me
    Because of you
    I am afraid
    I lose my way
    And it’s not too long before you point it out
    I cannot cry
    Because I know that’s weakness in your eyes
    I’m forced to fake
    A smile, a laugh everyday of my life
    My heart can’t possibly break
    When it wasn’t even whole to start with
